DATA PRIVACY AND SECURITY POLICY
As Çatı Medikal Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. (“ÇATI MEDİKAL”), we consider the privacy of the information belonging to our customers, visitors and employees who are members (“Members”) of the www.catiuniform.com website and/or mobile application (“Site and/or Mobile Application”) to be a fundamental priority.

1.1. Information We Collect
When you subscribe to our newsletters announcing our services and campaigns, become a member of our Site and/or Mobile Application and provide your consent, or use our services without becoming a member, we may require certain personal information in order to provide you with better service.
This information may include your name, surname, email address, telephone number, gender, date of birth, personal interests, order details, visit details, billing address and delivery address.
In addition to this information, aggregated statistical data such as the frequency and timing of visits to the Site and/or Mobile Application, order times, the Internet Protocol (IP) address used when an order is placed, the IP address of the most recent login, statistics regarding product pages visited and products ordered may be collected and used to analyze and understand visitor behavior and preferences.

- Creating your personal account on the ÇATI MEDİKAL website and/or Mobile Application,

- In the case of a Mobile Application, providing relevant communications and content and optimizing the application according to the technical characteristics of the user's device,
- Recording internet access logs in accordance with Law No. 5651 and applicable legislation and sharing such records with judicial and/or administrative authorities when legally required,
- Strengthening the security of the Site and/or Mobile Application, including the use of access-security measures such as multi-factor authentication, firewalls, internet gateways and network segmentation,
- Fulfilling our obligations under applicable domestic and international regulations governing electronic commerce.
Please note that credit card information used when placing an order is not stored in ÇATI MEDİKAL systems. However, credit card information registered with Masterpass, where applicable, may be stored within the Masterpass infrastructure independently of our systems. In the event of a disputed transaction, we recommend contacting your bank without delay.
1.2. Use of Collected Information
Information collected through the Site and/or Mobile Application may be used to:
- Process and complete orders and communicate with our customers,
- Provide information regarding products, services, events, campaigns and promotions,
- Better understand our customers’ shopping preferences,
- Conduct trend and statistical analyses,
- Strengthen the security of the Site and/or Mobile Application,
- Provide customers with personalized and relevant content.
1.3. Sharing of Collected Information
Information collected through the Site and/or Mobile Application may be processed and shared where necessary to ensure that services are provided accurately and efficiently, to comply with legal obligations, to improve the usability of the website and Mobile Application, to ensure customer satisfaction, to fulfill contractual obligations, to manage legal matters and to personalize our services according to customers’ preferences, usage habits and needs.
For these purposes, information may be shared with companies we work with in Türkiye and abroad, including service providers such as shipping companies, call centers and database service providers, as well as ÇATI MEDİKAL group companies, affiliates and relevant public authorities where required by law.
Your information is protected by ÇATI MEDİKAL in all circumstances, and we require companies with which such information is shared to maintain an equivalent level of confidentiality and care.
Except as described above, your information is not shared with third parties or legal entities and is not used commercially for purposes unrelated to our activities.
Members and visitors may use the Site and/or Mobile Application subject to compliance with the terms of this Policy.
By using the Site and/or Mobile Application, Members and visitors acknowledge that they accept all terms of this Policy and that such terms are binding upon them. ÇATI MEDİKAL reserves the right to amend these terms at its discretion where required by applicable legislation or this Policy and to notify Members of such amendments.
2. Information Security
ÇATI MEDİKAL places great importance on the security of customer information within the framework of international information-security standards such as ISO/IEC 27001 and PCI DSS and uses advanced technologies to help maintain such security.
Physical, electronic and administrative measures are implemented in secure environments to protect our Site and/or Mobile Application. Information is stored and backed up on secure servers located in Türkiye and abroad.
Privacy and information-security training is provided to employees to increase awareness of personal data and data-protection legislation. Employees’ responsibilities regarding information security are documented, and disciplinary procedures may be applied in cases of non-compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
Infrastructure systems are maintained to help identify potential data breaches.
At the application and service level, data security is maintained through encrypted protocols, firewalls and access-control mechanisms. Data is classified and labeled, and physical security measures are implemented to protect against external and environmental threats.
Changes made to information systems are recorded, and personal data is backed up in accordance with applicable data-backup policies to protect against data loss.
Information systems are regularly subjected to vulnerability scans, and identified vulnerabilities are addressed.
ÇATI MEDİKAL takes necessary measures to ensure that employees and contracted institutions and organizations maintain appropriate awareness and sensitivity regarding information security. Employees receive information-security training when they begin employment and at appropriate intervals thereafter.
Information transmitted through our Site and/or Mobile Application is protected using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology, which provides secure data transmission.
On pages where payment information is transmitted, your browser will generally display a lock or key symbol in the address bar, depending on the browser used, and the website address will begin with https rather than http.
If an information-security breach occurs, ÇATI MEDİKAL will take appropriate measures to identify and address the breach without undue delay and to help prevent its recurrence.

Members may unsubscribe from email communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included at the bottom of our emails. Email subscriptions may also be managed through the Personal Information section of the membership page.
Members may also unsubscribe from SMS communications or contact Customer Service to withdraw their SMS and email permissions. SMS subscriptions may also be managed through the Personal Information section of the membership page.
The Site and/or Mobile Application is available for general use, and the services provided through the Site and/or Mobile Application are free of charge unless otherwise stated.
5. Intellectual Property
Members must comply with all terms of this Policy and all applicable rules displayed on the Site and/or Mobile Application when using our services.
Visual and written content provided through the Site and/or Mobile Application is intended for personal use. All rights relating to texts, graphics, photographs, videos, animations, sounds and other content available on the Site and/or Mobile Application are reserved.
Unless otherwise stated, such content may not be used for commercial or personal purposes without permission.
No element of the Site and/or Mobile Application may be published on another platform, website or mobile application, or linked to in an unauthorized manner, without the prior permission and approval of ÇATI MEDİKAL.
ÇATI MEDİKAL reserves all rights available under the principles set forth in this section and applicable legislation.
